Whew so the last month has been nuts! But I think things are calming down now.

So after two weeks of no activity here's my plan for this week:

Sunday-walk 30 minutes ( done!)
Monday-35 minutes of cardio (check!)
Tuesday- Lyrical dance class
Wednesday-Bellydance, Drum class
Thursday-Zymba,  Bellydance and Veils
Friday-Hike with Bill
Saturday-day off

Now can I do it? Hope so. I am starting slow and gradually moving up to Thursday. I'll check back in with updates.

So last week I got in 10 COUNT EM 10 dance classes.
At some point this has to start showing on a scale.
I also got in a walk on one of my non dance days.
Not much this weekend besides walking while shopping.

Food intake is terrible! I was telling a friend its like I'm great a breakfast, ok at lunch and then terrible at dinner. If I don't eat dinner then I have, as taco bell would call it, a fourth meal way late at night.

I think I did better in Louisiana than I have in the last week. Maybe I should get back to drinking more milk.

Let see if I can do better this week with food. Up the protein, but down on the cards late at night.

Got in a great belly dance class and then a drum class. Not sure the drum class counts but it does make my arms sore.

It was a terrible food day I have no idea what got into me. I'll just have to get back to it in the morning!

I've started planning out my belly dance costume so that if I make it into a routine later this year I'll have an idea of what I'll need. There is some gorgeous stuff out there!belly dance just makes every woman look beautiful!!

Hey gang I'm back. After Symposium for Work and Spring Break I finally have some blog time for myself.

Still working out, did a lot of walking and hiking on vacation and then got right back to Belly, Zumba and Dance when I got home.

Doing great on food this week. Water too. I just have to keep it all up!

Now if I could only put down the Ipad I could get back to writing too. I have so many ideas bouncing around in here and am not making time for it. dats not good!

Well that was a 14 hour day LOL
I walked a baziliion miles in the VBC so that will just have to count as exercise!

Did ok for food but was crazy hungry tonight.
Got in my water tho and only one coffee and one mt. dew

More symposium for the next two days, come on Friday!
Not that I don't love it cause I do but it is brain overload!!

Its been a busy few days getting ready for Symposium at work and will continue to be busy until Friday. I just hope to make time for me and get some workouts in.
I did well today and got to Zumba and Belly.
I hope tomorrow to get to Belly and Lyrical it all depends on what happens at the VBC.

I got a great compliment tonight from my Belly instructor and it made me me feel great. Maybe I'm not so sucky after all LOL

Good on food today but was TERRIBLE over the weekend. Musn't dwell tho. Still doing great on water.

Wish me luck on dealing with food/snacks/coffee breaks at the VBC. I'm taking apples and jerky so I hope I can resist!

2000 calories later- Zumba, Belly and a new Veil class! It was amazing and beautiful!
I adore Nomadic Tapestry!

Good food and water day, tho with all the sweating I probably need much more water!

Finish my Forensic book and am reading "Odd and the Frost Giants" and "Pretty Little Liars" I also reserved a few books at te library.

Had a SCAN today on the arsenal that was short but tiring. Looking forward to a nice long relaxing weekend.

Ugggg not responding well to the time change. Sleeping way too much!

Went to Zumba and Belly Dance tonight according to the watch I burned 1730 calories!!
Doing great on Food and Water today we shall see where it ends up cause I really want a reese's cup!

After class I got the blues, I guess its just one of those "who do I think I'm kidding" days.

My fancy schmancy beef jerky came today it has a TON o protein in it and only about 70 calories. Still doing the eat an apple when I feel hungry.

Over halfway through my new book. it is seriously detailed about the forensics of some really interesting cases.

Almost 20% of the way there.
Lost 1.6 this week.

Friday-Bills day off so we spent it out in the sunshine and then went to see a movie. I got some walking in but not a ton. Did ok on water and food.

Saturday-Ballet Class is a serious workout! Burned about 600 calories.

Sunday-AB-Roller and stretching, not up to much else today ( see exercise yesterday!)
So far doing great for food and water we shall see what dinner holds.

Finished "Cinderella Ate My Daughter", not good. It just isn't a well rounded thought out project. Too whishy washy.

Started "Dead Men Do Tell Tales" more maggots and bones. So far really good!

Also still following Brig's advice to eat an apple when I get hungry. It seems to be working!

Wednesday-Got up in the morning and did 35 minutes of Zumba
Took it easy on food because I knew that I'd have limited choices on the roadtrip to see DropKick Murphys.
I wonder if bouncing around in a Mosh Pit counts as activity??

Thursday-Didn't get home and in bed until 3am so I have done nothing today. I feel sick and not like I had too much fun sick : (
Prolly won't get in much activity today having some inertia/vertigo and my legs are killing me!!!

On the protein front I am currently waiting for my beef jerky ( I ordered some fancy schmancy jerky) and am trying Brig's apple theory. If I'm hungry try and apple first!

Day 62- Nasty Storm day which basically messed up everything. Didn't get any activity in unless you count the million trips up and down the school halls.

Day 63- OH YEAH Scuba Day!!!!! Got to dive in the tank at the Space and Rocket Center with Bill, Arthur and Lee. It was great waving at the Space Campers. I may be hooked. According to weight Watchers I earned 21 Activity points but that seems a bit much.

Day 64- Too sore to do much of anything LOL Guess Scuba is no joke.

Zumba for an hour and Belly Dance for an hour even tho I really just wanted to go home.

Not terrible on food but not great either.
I did get my water in.

Got my Lyrical on tonight! 50 minutes 500 calories. Now if I could just get my food in check. I just feel hungry all the time!!! : (

This week is NUTS, I may only blog once or twice this week.

Yesterday I knew I was going to have a busy day so I got up and took a walk before hand so it wouldn't go forgotten. Got in a 40 minute walk.

SO far today I've haven't had a moment to myself to get in anything so my plan is to grab some weights after dinner.

Its been a terrible food week so far I am just so darn hungry, I need some protein with no calories or fat LOL Fruit and Veggies are NOT doing it!

At least I'm getting my water in.

The workout that went WRONG...

Thought I'd try something new, no bueno stick to what you know LOL
Finally got in about 30 minutes of cardio and 13 minutes of stretching.
I tried some of the workouts on, OnDemand and it just didn't work out.
Ended up just making my own routine up and doing my Tony Little Stretch DVD.


Pretty good on food tho it is a fish only day. Not so good on water gotta get some more in tonight! My water intake is imbalanced bad!

I finished " Winds of War" and started "Undead".

Good food and water day tho need to get 2 more bottles in if possible.

Teacher wants me to get new shoes due to my killer shin splints, so that ay be a project for the weekend.

On page 800 of WofW so I just may finish that puppy!

What a week! It's been crazy!
Anyhoo just got back from belly dance and drum class. It is still amazing !!
Belly dance is so pretty! It's just so perfect for a woman's body!

It's Ash Wednesday so no meat today, but stayed away from fried fish too!
Did great on food and water today.

Still plugging away at "winds of war"only 7 days left to finish it.

22 minutes on the Bike, 21 minutes with weights.

Went for Dim Sum for lunch so not so great on food, but it was good and I did actually stop when I was full.
Doing ok with water but oh do I want an unsweet tea!

Finished one book last night and got through 100 pages of "Winds of War"

Tomorrow I'll be going to early Belly Blast, have a hair appointment in the afternoon so I can't go in the evening. Don't want to sweat out all that money LOL

What a great day!!!!

My little dog got me up way too early but it was ok. I caught up on my crime/forensics shows.

Bill and I went for lunch at Parkway Place and I got a new belly dance skirt. Then we went to see "When Darkness Comes" which was surprisingly good.

Finally landed at Ballet class, I felt really out of place Mrs. Liz knows all about my little ' I CAN"T DANCEEEE moments" but later tonight my lovely teacher shot me a compliment on Facebook and it made me feel so much better! So a huge thanks to Christina!!

It was my free day but I think I still did ok. Good on Water. No reading today but will get some in now!

Just got in 40 minutes of Zumba on the Wii. So far the hype is right 100 calories every 10 minutes!

Excellent food day still need to get some water in.

Working my way through two books ad hope to get a chunk out of my clunkster.

Well the little gnome who lives in my alarm clock didn't go off on time so I was late for Zumba, still got in 45 minutes and then 60 minutes of Belly Dance. Monitor says it was 1433 calories so I can't complain!

Out of town for days 42-45 and it was great! Spent much needed low key time with my hubby! We stayed in a train car at the Chattanooga Choo Choo, walked alot and visited the aquarium. We went on the backstage tour of the aquarium and got to see some really neat stuff. However...small chop apparently sells like small chop the whole world round!

Got back to belly dance today and stayed for drum class both were excellent.
Still low on water but food was ok. Must get back to journalling food stat!

Finished Black Dahlia and am still plugging away at Winds of War.

Hitting Zumba and more Belly tomorrow night!

Spent the morning on the phone and then went to run some errands and have lunch.

I'm hopping on the bike and will lift some weights since I missed Belly Dance yesterday : (

I plan to disconnect myself this evening and relax, right now I'm like a rubber band stretched enough to break.

Have an early morning tomorrow for training, yeah on a Saturday. But hope it will be nice enough to take our house guest Jake the Great for a walk. He's a quiet pup but an old soul. Quite a difference from my crazy girls who are currently fighting over who gets to sleep with him LOL

It must be the full moon, work has been inundated this week as have the schools.

Pretty much all I had time for yesterday was to drive my car to the shop and grab some dinner before falling into bed.

I did however walk up and down two story steps several times during my break so I suppose that's something. I see now that not all weeks will be on a steady flow.

Did ok for food today, was at a school all day and gave in to Steak Out for dinner.
Hope after tomorrow to get some rest in, its just been one of those work week's.

Got no reading in today but hope to get about 100 pages in tonight.

I missed alot of great stuff this week, my only consolation is that in the end I'm fighting for the greater good.

Had a heavy food day which I know was emotional eating. I did however get my water in.

Going to go ahead and post the plan is to get30 minutes of upper and lower body weights. Will post again when it's done.

Not to bad on food today despite it being my "free day".

Almost done with "Missy's Murder" then will finish "Overloaded Ark". "Black Dahlia" and "Anthropology for Dummies" are next, while still plugging away at" Winds of War".

Next week is crazy busy so just taking it easy this weekend. N0 big plans except laundry LOL

Did 30 minutes on the bike, and 10 minutes stretching.
My muscles feel much better than they did last week after Belly Dance.
I think the protein shake between the two classes really helped.

Made sure to have a good breakfast and lunch so that dinner wouldn't have too much of an effect.
Bill, razor and I went to the Wild Game Cookout on Post.
Got to see my Baby Bro, Walter, Kyle and Ken.
We tried;bear, venison steak, venison smoked sausage, duck, and wild hog. Plus some swamp chilli with a little bit of everything in it. ( frog, crawfish, etc)
It was different but a lot of fun!

It was great fun again, my heart monitor watch isn't working tho so POUT!
Still got in 110 minutes of crazy cardio!

My sword came today so soon I shall be dancing with it too!

Good food day need to get some more water in tho so I'm not dehydrated in the morning. I sweat a ton in those classes.

Ah one month down and I feel like I've steadily gotten better!

It was great to see so many friends today! Brig, Sky, Juicy and my Razor. Plus my babies Matt, Grahm and Barrack ( which I may have just seriously misspelled sorry!) Kitty hugs abound!!!
The ladies were very nice to me even tho I was crazy slow LOL

I really want to be more conscious of spending times with loved ones, a dear friend of mine passed away today from cancer and I just want my love to know I love them!!

So yeah I was that tired, came home from class and collapsed.
Zumba Gold Class -50 minutes
Belly dance Intro Class-50 minutes
( my heart monitor calculates it at 2150 calories)
I was pretty shakey after so I think next time I'll take a protein shake for between classes.

Had a great food and water day.

Finished The Badge ( good) and Lovecraft (excellent) and I hope to finish Overloaded Ark today. That will put me at 15 for the month!

Tomorrow marks 30 days, they say it takes 30 days to form a new habit. I suppose we'll see.

I got 22 minutes in on the bike and 23 minutes on arms and legs. Watch says I burned 481 calories. I think that's a little high but I'll take it : )

Great food and water day, I'm at 84 ounces of water and expect to get 32 more in tonight. Yes I'm up two or three times a night.

Studiously reading so I can get these last three books in, that will put me at 15 for the month. a nice cushion for the rest of the year with heavy work weeks and such.

Bill fixed my bike so I got 35 minutes in, watch says I burned 341 calories.

We went shopping today to get deodorant and may end up with a puppy LOL
New Leash on Life had a gorgeous baby girl husky. Someone else applied for her tho so that is all we want, for her to go somewhere. : )

So far its been a great food and water day I never did get my gelato but the craving has almost passed ; )

My Sunday is a little busy which I'm not crazy about but it's all necessary.

Started a nifty little book about H.P. Lovecraft with gorgeous illustrations and am still reading The Badge. I'd like to get both done before January is up.

My bike had to get a tune up so I did leg lifts and weights for 32 minutes tonight. I burned over 250 calories!

Not to bad a food day but certainly not great, at least we didn't get butter on the popcorn!

This was Bill's second Friday off so we went to lunch, crab legs YEAH, and then a movie. Puss in Boots. Its actually quite good and worth $1.50 : )

This young lady that was missing earlier this week has been found thank God!

Not much else exciting today just a really great day with my hubby.

36 minutes on my bike, I tried a higher tension level and my watch says I burned more calories. I just dug in and did it : )

Great water and food day so far, tonight is movie palooza at the Kitteh Kasa so I've saved points for popcorn and a mini pack of m&m's.

Its a monsoon out there so I went out to get my nails done but have hunkered down for the afternoon and evening. Not sure what we're gonna watch but its gonna be good!

Not much going on the next few days and it already the weekend for the Evanses.

Great workout day. Got 22 minutes on the bike and 60 minutes on the Archery range. It was still great! I've gotten much better at distance not so much at force. I could however pull/shoot the compound bow so my weights are working!

Didn't get any reading in today, but will tonight.

An ok food day its just a weird week I guess. All I can do is try to make good choices when I can!

Am hoping to sign up for a forensic anthropology class in the summer and I can't wait!!

Got 32 minutes on the bike but now I'm having little muscle spasms,lol. Maybe too many days on the bike?

Food choices today have been terrible! I've just been hungry all day! I've tried drinking water but my fear is I just didn't get enough protein in early enough.

Got about 100 pages in to The Badge, soRCAr it's very good!

Felt like I had to get in a little extra cause i have been crazy hungry all day so I know I'm going to eat more than I should LOL

Reading two books one about an animal collector in 1950's Africa, and the other about Hollywood crimes. I'm such a strange girl...

Tonight going to watch some TV and go to bed early, have another crazy busy day at a school tomorrow.

The plan for tomorrow is to get back to dance class, I'll report results in the evening.

Got in 38 minutes tonight. Mixed bike and weights. Whew I'm exhausted!

Got a crazy early school tomorrow and Tuesday so its going to be an early night.
I'll be out in the booney's all day so I'm taking a book, hope to get a jump and get 14 books in January.

Taught a safety program at Sunday school to about a million kids LOL.
And not to be snobby but what can I say I'm good at what I do!

Tis better to workout then slouch right?
Just got in 29 minutes on the bike, I keep adding minutes so I hope to get to 30 by the end of the week if I'm not out walking again!

Feeling better but don't want to push too much, not going to cancel anything just going to make sure I take care of myself until I'm back to a 100%.

Almost done with "Teasing Secrets from the Dead" it is so good. I wonder if I can find a clay reconstruction class? Will start Hollywood Mysteries next.

Food decent today, water not so much but I slept and awful lot.

Going to watch a movie and call it a night I've got to teach a childhood safety program at Sunday School in the morning.

Still sick but had to get my workout in! 37 minutes on the bike. I started a movie and spun until my bum couldn't take it another second.

Ok food day not great but not terrible. The scale says I'm up .6 and frankly with a cold, I'll take it!

"Teasing Secrets from the dead" just gets better and better. But it is not for the weak stomached. The chapter I am about to finish is all about maggots...ewwww

I felt ok enough to do a little cleaning today so I think I must be on the mend. Bill felt good enough to go to work.

45 minutes tonight I must be feeling better!

Found out today I have a nasty cold/flu hybrid thing so I am in the house for the next few days. Unfortunately its contagious : (

But for a bonus I have NO appetite right now so that should be good for my weight. Doc wants me to get 5 fruits or veggies in everyday once I'm better to work on my immune system. She wants me to include greens which I will have to research because apparently lettuce and green beans don't count LOL

Can't get enough liquids so I'm all good there.

Finished " The Stand" GN, and started "Teasing Secrets from the Dead" so far it a great forensics book but VERY graphic! Not for everyone!

I heard someone on TV ask "What's your Phobia" and I'm not sure I can answer that. Don't like crickets but wouldn't have an anxiety attack if one was one me. Don't like crowded small places, just ask Bill about the first time he tried to get me into the Pyramid. But I think most of all I'm afraid of people thinking I'm disingenuous, like I'm a poser or fake. For some reason that terrifies me. That thought alone is usually enough to keep me on the run ( metaphorically in re: projects, writing, hobby's)

Being sick sucks....My head feels like a scratchy balloon. Anyhoo I still got a workout in for 25 minutes on my bike. Maybe sweating will help!

Finished" 6 of 1" and started the Graphic Novel of "The Stand", so far it is excellent. Being in bed/couch all day I've gotten through most of the first two parts ( six total)

Lots of water today, not to bad on the food even tho I'm carb loading like crazy. Guess its the cold.

Watched some great documentaries about Martin Luther King Jr, and started" Titanic". Last night we watched "Sophie's Choice" which was amazing but made me weepy.

Two weeks in and I've managed to work out everyday. I've tried to get in at least 30 minutes sometimes I only got in 25 but each day my body was in purposeful movement.

I just walked for 37 minutes it was almost too cold out there to do so but I made it through!

Started Six of One a semi time travel fiction story about Henry the 8th. Not to bad so far but it is definitely what my boss calls trash. I like to think of it as one step above pulp. Its a fun read but it will not tax the brain in anyway.

Now off to finish the game.

26 Minutes of weights and stretching, whew I am sweating like crazy!

I finished "The Help" it was pretty good. I gave it 4 of 5 stars ( tho I really feel more like its a 3.5) I don't mean to be hard on it I really did like it. I just think, and I said this previously, that it was just built up too much in my head.

Had a disclosure at work today and that is never easy. It turned into a bit of mess but I got it all sorted out. Say a prayer for that kid when you get a chance.

Arthur and Amberly came over this evening and we watched the cheesiest movies we could find to celebrate Friday the 13th. Its something my baby bro and I always do and our significant others have learned to love it too : )

May plan tomorrow is to walk to the library, hope its not cold!

Started a new stretch and balance class at the dance studio today. Only 30 minutes cause of the stupid snow but it still was rough! Great but rough.

Ended up with the afternoon off so I read about another hundred pages of "The Help", its very well written ( don't really like the southern accent spelling tho) Maybe others just got me too hype for the book right now I'd give a 3.5/5

Now just trying to stay warm and plan my Friday the 13th activities! Its a tradition here : )

Got in a 28 minute walk in the living room, it may have looked silly but its cold and wet out there!

I'm still reading "The Help" but it feels less like reading and more like slogging through it. Its ok but I expected it to be great.

Today is National Human Trafficking Day and since I'm a member of our task force I had to be at our awareness training all day. I did learn some new things and unfortunately we have had 6 cases in the Huntsville area recently. Low numbers but if there's one their will be more.

Found out AL is one of the few states that still allows the arrest of underage prostitutes. (underage being 15 and younger) Looks like I have a new cause. Wonder just how much postcards to Congressmen will be.

Played basketball with the teens at Church then walked for 22 minutes. My shin's are on FIRE!

Not mush else to report today, its been a kinda of blah day. I guess I was up too late last night.

Almost wussed out today but I pushed through and did 23 minutes of upper and lower body with weights and bands. Gotta get my shoulders in shape for bow practice!

Managed to have a decent food day despite watching movies all day with my Mom and having steak for dinner.

Finished The Complete Return of the Living Dead, that puts me at 6 books for the month.

Talked to a friend who may actually have gotten me motivated to start writing again...we shall see.

Not sure if this is a good sign or not but I got aggravated cause Bill help me up from my workout.
I got it in tho, 35 minutes walking today.

Watched The Help today it was pretty good, makes me mad that people thought that way.

So I think this blog has me running scared. It dawned on me that I hadn't worked out all day so what in the world would I do with tonight's blog. That made me jump up faster than a Pavlovian dogs drool hitting the floor.
I did upper and lower body with weights for 23 minutes tonight.

I'm half way through The Complete Return of the Living Dead and 100 pages into The Help. Will prolly sneak off to see the move tomorrow or Monday. When these two are finished I'll be 7 for 52.

While out shopping today I bumped into my nurse and she gave me a great big hug, definitely the highlight of the day!!

Oh and p.s. WHO DAT! Saints won the wild card!

WHEW just did a 53 minute walk prolly the longest I've walked in a year. It felt great but I am now wiped out. I even got hollered at by a friend : )

Finished the Lost Dogs and started The Help.

Had meetings all day and forgot my walking shoes so I missed my outside walk.
I did however just make myself jump around my living room for 30 minutes. I figure I'm sweating so it must count.

About halfway through the book about the Micheal Vick dogs, some parts are too forensic but its very well written.

Overall I'm in a much better mood today so I suppose hope does spring eternal!

Took a more interesting turn to get activity in today. My baby brother got me a bow for Christmas and he took me target shooting. It was amazing and my shoulder are crazy sore!!
My bow is a baby bow with 8lb of pull, he and his buddy brought out a bow with 30lb's of pull and I could only pull it back once. So I have another goal for Spring!

With two bows and only four arrows there was ALOT of walking down range : )

Still working on three books, I finished one and started another. I've got to stop buying books tho because every Amazon box that comes makes me want to start reading that book.

Got my hair done today so I got up early and got my walk in first. 35 minutes today.

Now tonight Bill has gone to get dinner and I was headed for the kitchen, the peanut butter and crackers we're calling my names. But...I made myself walk instead! Not to shabby ehh! Did almost a mile and am now blogging. This pedometer might earn its keep!

Wondering if I can walk(workout) everyday this year. Gonna see.
Today I made myself get up and walk for 33 minutes, listening to Prince and Styx. What can I say my music tastes are eclectic.

I figure it's reasonable to say that I can have 10% of the days of the year off for illness or traveling.

But this isn't just about working out, losing weight, dieting, this is about finding the me that's currently lost. Not sure where she is but I know she's in here.

Other goals for 2012:
Write again
Do my best with the Library book marathon ( 52 books in the year)
