The workout that went WRONG...

Thought I'd try something new, no bueno stick to what you know LOL
Finally got in about 30 minutes of cardio and 13 minutes of stretching.
I tried some of the workouts on, OnDemand and it just didn't work out.
Ended up just making my own routine up and doing my Tony Little Stretch DVD.


Pretty good on food tho it is a fish only day. Not so good on water gotta get some more in tonight! My water intake is imbalanced bad!

I finished " Winds of War" and started "Undead".
