22 minutes on the Bike, 21 minutes with weights.
Went for Dim Sum for lunch so not so great on food, but it was good and I did actually stop when I was full.
Doing ok with water but oh do I want an unsweet tea!
Finished one book last night and got through 100 pages of "Winds of War"
Tomorrow I'll be going to early Belly Blast, have a hair appointment in the afternoon so I can't go in the evening. Don't want to sweat out all that money LOL
Oh and p.s. if ANYONE has an idea for stretching out the tops of my calves please let me know!
