Did 30 minutes on the bike, and 10 minutes stretching.
My muscles feel much better than they did last week after Belly Dance.
I think the protein shake between the two classes really helped.

Made sure to have a good breakfast and lunch so that dinner wouldn't have too much of an effect.
Bill, razor and I went to the Wild Game Cookout on Post.
Got to see my Baby Bro, Walter, Kyle and Ken.
We tried;bear, venison steak, venison smoked sausage, duck, and wild hog. Plus some swamp chilli with a little bit of everything in it. ( frog, crawfish, etc)
It was different but a lot of fun!
