45 minutes tonight I must be feeling better!
23 min. Bike, 17 min. weights, 5 min. stretch

Found out today I have a nasty cold/flu hybrid thing so I am in the house for the next few days. Unfortunately its contagious : (

But for a bonus I have NO appetite right now so that should be good for my weight. Doc wants me to get 5 fruits or veggies in everyday once I'm better to work on my immune system. She wants me to include greens which I will have to research because apparently lettuce and green beans don't count LOL

Can't get enough liquids so I'm all good there.

Finished " The Stand" GN, and started "Teasing Secrets from the Dead" so far it a great forensics book but VERY graphic! Not for everyone!

I heard someone on TV ask "What's your Phobia" and I'm not sure I can answer that. Don't like crickets but wouldn't have an anxiety attack if one was one me. Don't like crowded small places, just ask Bill about the first time he tried to get me into the Pyramid. But I think most of all I'm afraid of people thinking I'm disingenuous, like I'm a poser or fake. For some reason that terrifies me. That thought alone is usually enough to keep me on the run ( metaphorically in re: projects, writing, hobby's)
