Tomorrow marks 30 days, they say it takes 30 days to form a new habit. I suppose we'll see.
I got 22 minutes in on the bike and 23 minutes on arms and legs. Watch says I burned 481 calories. I think that's a little high but I'll take it : )
Great food and water day, I'm at 84 ounces of water and expect to get 32 more in tonight. Yes I'm up two or three times a night.
Studiously reading so I can get these last three books in, that will put me at 15 for the month. a nice cushion for the rest of the year with heavy work weeks and such.
