Tis better to workout then slouch right?
Just got in 29 minutes on the bike, I keep adding minutes so I hope to get to 30 by the end of the week if I'm not out walking again!
Feeling better but don't want to push too much, not going to cancel anything just going to make sure I take care of myself until I'm back to a 100%.
Almost done with "Teasing Secrets from the Dead" it is so good. I wonder if I can find a clay reconstruction class? Will start Hollywood Mysteries next.
Food decent today, water not so much but I slept and awful lot.
Going to watch a movie and call it a night I've got to teach a childhood safety program at Sunday School in the morning.
