Almost 20% of the way there.
Lost 1.6 this week.
Friday-Bills day off so we spent it out in the sunshine and then went to see a movie. I got some walking in but not a ton. Did ok on water and food.
Saturday-Ballet Class is a serious workout! Burned about 600 calories.
Sunday-AB-Roller and stretching, not up to much else today ( see exercise yesterday!)
So far doing great for food and water we shall see what dinner holds.
Finished "Cinderella Ate My Daughter", not good. It just isn't a well rounded thought out project. Too whishy washy.
Started "Dead Men Do Tell Tales" more maggots and bones. So far really good!
Also still following Brig's advice to eat an apple when I get hungry. It seems to be working!
