This week is NUTS, I may only blog once or twice this week.

Yesterday I knew I was going to have a busy day so I got up and took a walk before hand so it wouldn't go forgotten. Got in a 40 minute walk.

SO far today I've haven't had a moment to myself to get in anything so my plan is to grab some weights after dinner.

Its been a terrible food week so far I am just so darn hungry, I need some protein with no calories or fat LOL Fruit and Veggies are NOT doing it!

At least I'm getting my water in.
