Got my Lyrical on tonight! 50 minutes 500 calories. Now if I could just get my food in check. I just feel hungry all the time!!! : (

  1. Drink more waters! And then if you're still hungry, eat an apple. (Who said, "If you're not hungry enough to eat an apple, you're not hungry enough"?) That's what I keep telling myself, anyway, with my current not-being-allowed-to-workout status.
